汪荣宝与北京政府后期的中日商约交涉
Wang Rongbao and the Negotiation of the Sino-Japan Commercial Treaty in the Later Period of the Beijing Government
摘要
Abstract
Practices and efforts of the revision of treaties in the period of the Beijing Government was an important part of anti-unequal treaties revolution in modern China.The Beijing Government took the opportunity of the termination of a commercial treaty between China and Belgium,and created the diplomatic wave of amending commercial treaties among China and other countries,especially the negotiation of the Sino-Japan commercial treaty which was the focus of the public.Wang Rongbao,the ambassador to Japan,almost witnessed the whole process of the negotiation of the Sino-Japan commercial treaty.Especially in the negotiation of the Sino-Japan commercial treaty in the later period of the Beijing Government,he made constructive contributions and promoted the substantive progress of the treaty.However,due to a long delay by Japan and Chinese limitations,the advance of the Sino-Japan negotiation was seriously restricted.关键词
