摘要
Abstract
This article introduced the related concepts and contents of non-power influence,and reviewed the research status quo of non-power influence of nursing managers in China and abroad.It put forward that the evaluation index system of non-power influence of nursing managers should be constructed actively to improve the quality of nursing service and the overall development of the hospital.关键词
