摘要

Abstract

Because of high hardness,high wear resistance and other properties,tungsten carbide coating material is of important value in the field of aerospace and defense.As a high efficiency and low damage method,electrolytic grinding is widely used in processing tungsten carbide and in electrolytic grinding the surface integrity,and efficiency are greatly influenced by the electrolyte.Focused on the electrolytic grinding of tungsten carbide coating materials,the influence of anodic polarization curve on the chosen of electrolyte is studied.By analyzing the potentiodynamic and potentiostatic anodic polarization curve,chose a suitable electrolyte formula,the effect of which is verified by actual processing.
