摘要

Abstract

Based on the structure fatigue loading spectrum acquisition and analysis technique,acceleration sensors and strain sensors were used to collect the loading spectrum of Automated Mechanical Transmission(AMT) main structure in Xiangfan testing ground and actual road.Then,the statistical analysis of the signal in time domain,frequency domain,and rain basin were presented.The results showed that the new gear shifting box,s vibration amplitude was larger,the peak frequency is mainly concentratedin the 12Hz arround,and the pseudo-damage value of different measuring points were similar.The results can be used in analysis of equivalent relationship of different load spectrum,and the fatigue life analysis would be achieved.
