摘要

Abstract

The manual programming method to realize 3D surface machining that based on C compensation principle,macro program and advanced zoom function is proposed.And use the pentagram of cambered surface as the carrier,on the basis of analyzing the structure characteristics and the machining difficulty,according to this method,ascertain process and flow.Aim at different types of tool processing principle,analysis and determination of key parameters,the preparation of the program,and verify in the machine tool,and ultimately achieve the processing objectives.Successfully solved the problem of the shape of pentagram owing to the tool interference caused can not become a point.
