基于质量功能屋的产品服务系统模块划分一致性检验评价方法
A module consistency evaluation method based on quality function house of product services system

Abstract
In the process of the interactive modular design of Product-Service System (PSS),there has many conflicts among the customer's needs,physical modules,service modules,physical and service modules.Trying to find a suitable method to identify and resolve conflicts among modules can ensure the granularity consistency among physics modules and service modules,which also is one of the key steps to achieve PSS configuration design.Analyzes the principles of consistency evaluation after the module partition,and clarifies the content of the evaluation.Then establishes a five-step process model to assess the module consistency,and uses the quality of the house and T-test method to test the consistency of module partition.Finally,a case study of generalized transformer module partition evaluation is carried out.The method proposed can ensure the consistency among physical modules and service modules in PSS main structure,and ensure the conflict does not occur in the product and service configuration.关键词
