摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the influences of rice blast resistance induced by agro-antibiotic 702 on the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activities of 5 kinds of antioxidant enzymes in rice plants,we respectively sprayed 15 μg/mL agro-antibiotic 702,15 μg/mL Jinggangmycin or distilled water upon rice variety Luliangyou 996 with four leaves,and inoculated rice plants with the pathogens of rice blast 48 h after spraying;only spraying distilled water without inoculation was taken as the blank control.The results indicated that: in comparison with the blank control,agro-antibiotic 702 treatment,Jinggangmycin treatment and single inoculation treatment all could enhance the content of MDA and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),peroxidase (POD),lipoxygenase (LOX) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) in rice leaves,the content of MDA and the activities of SOD,CAT and POD in rice plants at earlier growth stage in agro-antibiotic 702 treatment were significantly higher than those in single inoculation treatment,and the ascending rate and peak value of both APX and LOX activity in the former treatment were also higher than those in the latter treatment.The rice blast resistance induced by agro-antibiotic 702 could reach or exceed that induced by Jinggangmycin.
