基于双承载拱的巷道再生顶板控制机理
Control mechanism of roadway regenerated roof based on double load-bearing arches

Abstract
To achieve effective control of roadway regenerated roof,mechanical and numerical models of roadway regenerated roof were built via field observation and theoretical calculation of "three zones" height,modified natural arch curve equation and its rise expression were further deduced,optimized roadway section shape and shotcreting support effect was analyzed through numerical simulation,and roof to floor convergence was observed at the project site.The results have shown that regenerated roof tends to fall and form the first bearing arch after driving roadway without top remaining,it is a modified natural arch whose rise b is decreasing function of rock solid coefficient f and side pressure p,but in-creasing function of half span of roadway a;applicable roadway section shape should be strait wall and semicircular arch while driving with top remaining under regenerated roof,shotcreting support and arch crown are composed to form the second beating arch,the double arch structure has the control mecha-nism of resist-let conjoint and compatible deformation,which effectively prevents the deformation fail-ure of regenerated roof.Roadway roof convergence can meet production requirements after field test.关键词
