摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate(CPP-ACP)combined with resin infiltration on remineralization and anti-demineralization of adolescent enamel erosion.Methods:The 54 enamel blocks made from the teeth for orthodontics randomly divided into 5 groups,and treated with artificial saliva(A),duraphat(B),resin infiltration(C),CPP-ACP(D),resin infiltration with CPP-ACP(E)after all samples were eroded.One month later all groups treated with anti-demineralization.The surface microhardness(SMH)of enamel before erosion,after erosion,re-mineralization and anti-demineralization were measured by microhardness detector and the morphological changes of enamel surface were compared by the scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results:The microhardness values of each group after re-mineralization treatment were higher than those after erosion treatment(P<0.05),and the resin infiltration with CPP-ACP group was the highest.Except B and D,there was significant difference among the other 3 groups.The microhardness results after de-mineralization were group E>C>D>A(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between group B and D.From the scanning electron microscope the mineral deposits in different degrees were observed.Conclusion:Both in re-mineralization and inhibition demineralization the resin infiltration with CPP-ACP can get favourable effect.
