顽固性RAU患者外周血中Th17与Treg细胞水平的变化
Frequencies of Th17 cells and regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of patients with refractory recurrent aphthous ulcer

Abstract
Objective:The purpose of the study was to investigate the frequencies of Th17 cells and regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of patients with refractory recurrent aphthous ulcer(refractory RAU).Methods:The peripheral blood of 30 patients with refractory RAU and 30 healthy controls was collected.The flow cytometry was used to detect the frequencies of Th17 cells and regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood.Results:The frequency of Th17 cells was higher in the patients with refractory RAU(P<0.01).The frequency of regulatory T cells was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The frequency of Th17 cells was negatively correlated with that of regulatory T cells(r=-0.369,P<0.05).Conclusion:The frequencies of Th17 cells and regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of refractory RAU patients are at abnormal level,which may play a role in the development of refractory RAU.关键词
