上唇叉形瓣在双侧唇裂术后继发过短鼻小柱修复中的应用
Application of upper lip fork flap in the secondary rhinoplasty of bilateral cleft lip postoperative nasolabial deformity with short columella
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of the upper lip fork flap for secondary rhinoplasty of bilateral cleft lip postoperative nasolabial deformity with short columella.Methods:Ten patients with bilateral cleft lip postoperative nasolabial deformity were treated.Secondary rhinoplasty with upper lip fork flap and nose open incision was done in general anesthesia.On the basis of nose open incision,upper lip fork flap was used to increase the short columella.And at the same time,alar cartilage support was reconstructed.Results:All incisions of the patients healed by first intention.Good aesthetic results were observed in all 10 cases with satisfactory columella appearance during the 0.5~6 years follow-up.Conclusion:Upper lip fork flap can reconstruct short columella,and it is worth of recommendation.关键词
