Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effects of anticoagulant therapy with Argatroban in treating acute cerebral infarction within 48 h after onset.Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction within 48 h after onset from Janurary 2014 to October 2015 were collected and divided according to whether Argatroban used or not.Patients received Argatroban therapy was in experimental group,and the other patients were in control group.NIHSS scores were measured before and after treatment and at 14 d of the course of disease.And mRS scores were measured at 6 months of the course of disease.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was 155 patients at this study,with experimental group of 107 cases and control group of 48 cases.There was no significant difference in age,sex,admission blood pressure,NIHSS scores and so on between the two groups.The improve value of NIHSS score in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The mRS score in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).In control group,the NIHSS score at 14 d of the course of disease was significantly lower than at peak (P<0.05).In experimental group,the NIHSS score at 14 d of the course of disease was significantly lower than at peak and at admission (all P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect and prognosis of anticoagulant therapy with Argatroban in treating acute cerebral infarction within 48 h after onset is very good.关键词
