摘要

Abstract

The general formula PTFE sealing material could not meet the requirements of service life,with the increasing of the exhaust pressure of non-lubricated reciprocating compressor.Carbon fiber reinforced PTFE sealing material had excellent wear resistance,self lubrication and mechanical properties.Different types of linear type carbon fiber reinforced PTFE sealing material were prepared by molding method.The fracture morphology,surface hardness,bending properties and tribological properties of PTFE/CF sealing material were studied.The results showed that 1# material made by CF-1 had the best comprehensive mechanical property,and 3# material made by CF-3 had the highest surface hardness and bend strength.
