Abstract
Based on the hackling of the literature of research on precise poverty alleviation, we analyzed the basic tendency and content, then we discussed the necessary and theoretical basis.These principles should be insisted on, such as participation principle, integration principle, measurable principle and systematic principle.We established the comprehensive index system which concerned resources input and performance appraisal.This system can promote government governance effectiveness and carry out benign social mobility and maintain social justice.Thus promote precise poverty alleviation scientific style and precise treatment.关键词
