滑石粉涂层玻璃纤维膨体纱织物的性能研究
Property Study of Glass Fiber Bulked Fabric Coated with Talcum Powder
摘要
Abstract
The elements affected the dielectric constant and conductivity of glass fiber bulked fabric coated with talcum powder were discussed.Glass fiber bulked fabric was used as base material.The method to prepare glass fiber bulked fabric coated with talcum powder was introduced.Under the condition coating thickness was 1mm and the talcum powder content was 30 %,the influence of drying temperature and the ratio of sticker and curing agent on the fabric properties like real part & imaginary part of dielectric constant,loss tangent angle and the real part & imaginary part of conductivity were tested and analyzed.The test results show 50 ℃ should be selected as the drying temperature and the ratio of sticker and curing agent should be 0.6.It is considered coated fabric with better microwave absorbing property or shielding effectiveness can be prepared by experiment.关键词
