摘要

Abstract

The influence of fibroin nano-particle addition on fibroin PBT blended fiber property was discussed.The method of blending spinning was adopted to add fibroin nano-particle in PBT chip for blending spinning.Fibroin PBT blended fibers with different fibroin nano-particle addition amounts were prepared.The properties of blended fiber including surface topography,infrared spectroscopy,boiling shrinkage,wicking height and strength & elongation were tested.The test shows that fiber has better spinnability when the fibroin addition is among 1.0 % ~ 3.0 %.There is obvious sense of concavo-convex on the surface of blended fiber.A certain amount of fibroin is covered in the inner and surface of the blended fiber.As the blending of fibroin nano-particle,the moisture absorption of fiber is obviously improved.However,the boiling shrinkage and strength & elongation of fibers are not changed significantly.It is considered that the blended fiber has better properties and higher addedl value.It can be used for new product development.
