罗布麻混纺纱的生产工艺及其性能
Production Technology and Property of Apocynum Venetum Blended Yarn
摘要
Abstract
Production technology and properties of apocynum venetum modal acrylic blended yarn were discussed.The spinning process parameters were reasonably set based on the properties of apocynum venetum fiber.The method of combing weighting mixture with drawing mixture was adopted.The yarns with different blending ratio were produced.The breaking strength,evenness CV and hairiness index of eight kinds of blended yarn with four different apocynum venetum content and two fineness were tested and analyzed.It is pointed that the yarn breaking strength is decreased,the evenness is worse and the hairiness is increased as the increase of apocynum venetum content.It is considered that the optimization of apocynum venetum blending ratio and the optimization of process parameters are beneficial to develop apocynum venetum serial blended yarn products.关键词
