摘要
Abstract
Spinning technology of multi functional modified acrylic/viscose 12.5 tex siro knitting yarn was discussed.According to the characteristics of multi-functional modified acrylic fiber,the pre-treatment method for multi-functional modified acrylic short fibers was explained.The problem of static entanglement during spinning process was focused and solved.Processing parameters in each procedure were reasonable set,textile accessories were optimized and temperature and humidity of workshop were well controlled.Eventually,multi-functional modified acrylic/viscose 12.5 tex siro knitting yarn was spun.It is considered that the fabrics woven with multifunctional modified acrylic blended yarn have the effect of moisture absorption & heat generating,bio-safety,softness & keeping warm and antibacterial &deodorization.The product quality can meet the user requirement.关键词
