顶梳清洁器对棉纱及织物质量的影响分析

摘要
Abstract
Influence of combing machine installing top comb cleaner on cotton yarn and fabric quality was discussed.In order to solve combing winding cotton and improve comb machine carding quality,top comb cleaner was installed on comber.The cleaning effect of installing top comb cleaner was contrasted by experiment.Tests show that with the increase of cleaning time,the number of combed sliver defect including neps and foreign fiber defect,the number of large short yarn defect & small yarn defect,the shear number of neps,short thick places and fly are reduced obviously after installing top comb cleaner.It is considered that installing top comb cleaner is benefit to improve cotton yarn quality and fabric effect.关键词
