摘要

Abstract

The slider is not only the carrier that the cone ring transmits to the vulcanization temperature of the block,but also the important part which realizes the radial precisely movement of the block.According to the tire structure and heat transfer characteristics of the rubber,effective mould structure is designed,and mould curing temperature is established in a reasonable temperature distribution.Through the computer simulation of heat conduction of the different slider structure,the vulcanization temperature at the shoulder of the block is analyzed.By increasing the size of the belt,the vulcanization temperature difference of the shoulder can be reduced to 0.3 ~ 0.4 ℃.It is conducive to the vulcanization of rubber homogeneity.
