摘要

Abstract

Serious carbides segregation of CrWMn low deformation cold die steel in metallurgical process will cause problems such as poor toughness during thermal processing.The failure form and performance of CrWMn die steel was revealed in the paper.Based on the production practice,the heat treatment process of CrWMn die steel was analyzed and studied.According to application conditions of CrWMn low deformation cold die steel,several different heat treatment processes were put forward.The practical production shows that the improvement of the heat treatment process is reasonable and scientific,which is economical and practical.
