Quantitative Method of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy for Disaster Gases in Coalmine

Abstract
In order to improve the accuracy of infrared spectroscopy quantitative analysis for disaster gases in coal mine,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to study the quantitative method of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy for disaster gases in coalmine.The quantitative calculation and calibration models were built up.According to the theory of support vector machine,the spectrogram overlapping problem of paraffin gases was improved.The quantitative method meets the needs of quantitative analysis for disaster gases in coalmine.The results show that the accuracy of quantitative analysis for CH4,i-C4H10,C2H4,C3H6,C2H2 and CO is relatively high,and the absolute deviation is small.The accuracy of quantitative analysis for C2H6、C3H8、n-C4H10 and CO2 is relatively low,but the absolute deviation is small.Therefore,quantitative method of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy can be used to analyze ten kinds of disaster gas in coalmine.关键词
