基于网络结构模型的矿工不安全行为影响因素研究
Research on Influence Factors of Miners' Unsafe Behavior Based on Network Structure Model
摘要
Abstract
In order to quantitatively analyze the influence factors of miners' unsafe behavior,we establish evaluation index system of unsafe behavior from five aspects including individual factors,group factors,natural environment and so on.We use analytic network process(ANP) to build a network model of influence factors,and use super decision(SD) software to calculate the comprehensive weight of the second index.The results show that psychological factors,safety climate,cooperation atmosphere and knowledge level are the four key factors influencing the miners' unsafe behavior,and coal mining enterprises need to focus on and intervene in.关键词
