木耳种植废料的低焦油气炭联产技术研究
Study on the low-tar co-production of biogas and biochar by agaric cultivation waste

Abstract
The pyrolysis gasification and biochar production of agaric cultivation waste were studied in the low-tar biomass compound fixed bed pilot reactor.The starting characteristics of compound fixed bed low tar gasifier based on agaric cultivation waste,the effects of secondary air flow on the temperature of reforming area and the calorific value of gas,the effects of temperature on gas components and tar cracking,the effect of biochar yield on its quality,and the temperature distribution in the reactor under steady conditions were investigated.The results indicated that the starting time of the compound fixed bed gasifier was longer,the secondary air flow and the temperature of the reforming area were positive,and it was opposite to the calorific value of the gas,high temperature of reforming areacould remarkably promote the tar cracking,and the appropriate biochar yield ranged from 25% to 30%.This paper is of great guiding significance for energy utilization of agaric cultivation wast.关键词
