峰谷电价下新能源省际购电优化模型
The inter provincial new energy purchasing optimization model under peak-valley price

Abstract
With the rapid development of new energy power generation,the consumptive problem has become increasingly prominent.The peak-valley price can stimulate the demand side peak potential,increase the capacity of new energy acceptance in a provincial power grid,and promote external clean electric energy transactions.In consideration of the peak regulation and reserve constraint in provincial power grid,inter provincial electricity purchasing optimization model which aims at maximizing economic benefit under peak-valley price was established.The model was solved by means of quantum behaved particle swarm optimization.Numerical examples show that reasonable external power purchase scheme can not only reduce abandoned wind in large energy base,replace high consumption power with wind power so as to reduce carbon emission and save energy,but can reduce the cost of the provincial power grid,increase economic benefits.The influence on external power transaction of different purchase schemes and prices of external power were compared to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.关键词
