基于场协同理论的永磁风力发电机传热特性研究
Study on heat transfer performance of small permanent magnet wind turbine based on field synergy theory

Abstract
When the permanent magnet wind power generator runs,the harmonic content is large,the heat is serious,and the heat dissipation is not easy.In the paper,the generator with rated power 500 W and rated speed 750 r/min is used as the research object.Three dimensional physical model of flow and heat transfer is established according to the structure and heat transfer characteristics of the generator.Combined with the engineering practice and considering the main factors,the basic assumptions and boundary conditions are set up.Based on the theory of fluid mechanics and heat and mass transfer,the practical problem is abstracted into a mathematical model to be solved.Then the finite volume element method is used to solve the flow field and temperature field.Based on the field synergy theory,the temperature rise distribution and heat dissipation performance are analyzed.Research shows that the cooling effect of the generator depends on the structure and flow field.Put forward the evaluation index of the generator cooling performance,and according to the index on the prototype heat transfer performance evaluation.It can be used to guide the design of generator structure and optimization of heat transfer performance.关键词
