Comprehensive Economic Dispatch Method with Energy Storage and Wind Power Generation
针对我国存在大量弃风的现象,通过3种场景对风电利用进行分析,提出了一种确保弃风量最小的多能源综合经济调度方法.该能源综合经济调度模型包含储能和风电,通过初始经济调度和优化经济调度两个阶段来实现.在初始经济调度中,风电机组的出力估计值为一固定值(如80%),储能设备处于充电状态.优化经济调度阶段过程中风电机组可调节且储能均处于放电状态,并分为3个场景:1)风电发电可在许可范围内弃风,也不用储能;2)风电发电可在许可范围内弃风,同时储能均处于放电状态…查看全部>>
