糖皮质激素对变应性鼻炎豚鼠鼻黏膜嗜酸性粒细胞及肥大细胞浸润及P物质含量的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of glucocorticoid on the infiltration of eosinophils,mast cells and substance P(SP) in nasal mucosa of guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis (AR).Methods 30 of male guinea pigs were divided into normal control group (NG),allergic rhinitis groups (MG) and glucocorticoid treatment intervention group (GG) (n=10).Guinea pig model group set up by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin sensitization and bilateral nasal local excitation.GG was treated with glucocorticoid budesonide nasal spray treatment for 3 weeks,NG and MG treated with physiological saline nasal spray processing in the same period.Separation of guinea pigs nasal septum mucosa formaldehyde fixed immediately stained with HE and toluidine blue staining.SP was analysized with immunohistochemical method,and the acidophilic granulocyte and mast cells in nasal septum mucosa were counted under microscope.Immunohistochemical study of substance P average optical density was statistical analyzed.Results compared with the NG,semeiology scores of MG was meet the criteria for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis,and have obvious eosinophils and mast cells infiltration.Compared to the MG,every index and symptom in GG was improved.Conclusion Local application of budesonide can relieve symptoms of AR,reduce tissue inflammatory reaction,which may relate to inhibit the release of the SP of rhinitis nasal mucosa.关键词
