摘要
Abstract
The cloud point method was proposed to extract and preconcentrate Cu(Ⅱ) in the river water.The analyte Cu(Ⅱ) is complexed with 5-Br-PADAP {2-(5-bromo-2-py ridy lazo)-5-diethy laminopheno l}.Triton X-114 is added as a surfactant.At pH 7.0 phosphoric acid buffer solution, the maximum wavelength of absorption of the complex is 560 nm, ε=2.7×105 L·mol-1·cm-1, the linear range of Cu(Ⅱ) is 0.01~0.35 μg/mL, the relative standard deviations(RSD) is 3.5 % and the standard addition recovery is between 95%~102%.The method can be applied to the determination of trace copper in water sample with satisfactory results.关键词
