Abstract
Using the rich Micro-Course Online Videos and flipped classes in the teaching process can stimulate students learning initiative.College teachers should not only impart knowledge but also cultivate students' autonomic-learning ability, independent thinking ability, hands-on ability and teamwork ability."The flipped classroom" is a transformation of Chinese traditional classroom teaching mode.And it is also a new mode conforming to the application-oriented institutes.关键词
