摘要
Abstract
A scientific and reasonable funds management system of financial supported science and technology projects can not only motivate initiative of the researcher, but also ensure safety and benefit of financial fund. In this paper, personnel cost system of Horizon 2020 Project of European Union Scientific Research Innovation Framework Program is comprehensively introduced, and management thoughts and specific stipulations of which are deeply analyzed, in order to provide beneficial enlightenment and reference for formulating relevant enforcement regulations of science and technology program personnel cost system in China.关键词
