摘要

Abstract

The LP inner casing is an important stationary part in turbine LP module, so it is required not only to satisfy requests for location and support of the stationary blades to ensure the process of energy transformation, but also operate safely and efficiently during the whole life period. The aim of this study is to introduce the normal structure of LP inner casing. The key elements such as various diameter, different flange and inner ring sealing structure are selected and investigated, the influence of these elements on casing strength, stiffness and sealing are analyzed based on the boundary parameters of LP inner casing adopting finite element analysis method, which can provide guidelines for the structure design of LP inner casing.
