Abstract
In order to supplement and perfect the System of Integrated Environment and Economic Accounting, to further improve the modern water statistics system, to achieve the integrated water resources management, and to complete the calculation of water resources in natural resource accounting, the research on the System of Environment Economic Accounting for Water (SEEAW) is gradually carried out.As an important part of SEEAW, it is necessary to establish water resources account.Based on the SEEAW, this paper introduces the essential elements about water resources account, such as the background, structure, core management issues, the compiled contents of each account, the establishment of the accounts and so on, puts forward the general steps of the establishment of water resources account, which can provide references for the formulation of the account contents in regional and basin area.关键词
