摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate and analyze the orthopedic trauma therapy and artificial hip effect. Methods: From January 2013 to April 2016 in our hospital during the clinical therapy in the treatment of hip prosthesis 59 elderly patients with traumatic femoral neck fracture patients as research subjects, divided into two groups according to the different treatment, research group A 29 patients underwent total hip arthroplasty, the study group B 30 patients underwent hemiarthroplasty treatment of patients in the two groups were analyzed. Results: Group B patients with clinical excellent rate (93.33％) and research A group of patients (96.55％) compared with no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05), Group B patients with complications of infection, false loosening or dislocation of the prognosis (0 cases, 1, 0 cases) and research A group of patients (n = 1, 0 cases, 0 cases) compared with no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05), Study group B patients treatment satisfaction (96.67％) and research a group of patients (96.55％) compared with no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The artificial hip joint treatment technology in the orthopedic trauma better.关键词
