全髋关节置换术与骨折内固定术治疗中老年股骨颈骨折的效果研究

Abstract
Objective: To explore the total hip replacement and fracture fixation in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture in effect. Methods: In our hospital treated in the elderly femoral neck fracture patients were randomly selected 102 cases as the research object, according to the different surgical methods into the A group and B group, Group A patients were treated with total hip arthroplasty, group B patients treated with fracture fixation, The differences between intraoperative and postoperative recovery indexes were compared between the two groups. Results: The patients of group A bed operation time, time, length of hospital stay were shorter than group B, and A group of patients discharged when Harris score higher, P < 0.05; On the incidence of postoperative complications were similar in both groups, P > 0.05. Conclusion: For femoral neck fractures in elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement is feasible, help to promote the recovery of hip function in patients, improve the quality of life, in accordance with the surgical indications of the case should be selected in the treatment of.关键词
