摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the effect of dynamic hip screw (DHS) and proximal femoral nail in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with anti rotation intramedullary nail (PFNA). Methods: From our hospital in January 2014 to 2016 January femoral coarse intertrochanteric fracture patients selected 46 cases, admission number was equally divided into two groups according to: 23 cases of the control group, the implementation of DHS operation, 23 cases of study group PFNA, statistics of the two groups of patients with surgical outcome. Results: The excellent rate of disease in the study group was 91.3％, the excellent rate of the control group was 65.2％, the difference was statistically different between the two groups, P<0.05;Postoperative hip function score, complication rate and control group were compared in the study group, P<0.05, there were differences between the two groups. Conclusion: Clinical treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with PFNA fixation, can prevent complications, improve joint function, enhance the curative effect, it is worth learning from.关键词
