Abstract
Objective: To study the curative effect of combined treatment of knee joint injury. Methods: 50 cases of knee joint injury in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2012 were selected. According to the different operation methods, the first stage of the treatment of 23 patients with knee joint injury as the control group, 27 cases of stage treatment as the observation group. The operation time, joint local trauma, material cost, external fixation time and Lysholm score of knee joint were observed in the two groups. Results: In the observation group, the operation time, and fixed time, local joint trauma, consumable costs was significantly less than that of the control group's (P < 0.05); in the observation group, the excellent and good rate was 92.59％, significantly higher than that of the control group 65.21％ (P < 0.05); the Lysholm score of the patients in two groups were significantly higher than those in the preoperative scores (P < 0.05), and the observation group, postoperative Lysholm score was significantly higher than that of the control group, the postoperative score (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Staged minimally invasive treatment of knee joint injury has significant effect, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
