Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect and explore the steel ring and tension band for the treatment of patellar fracture. Methods: 80 cases of patellar fracture patients as the research object, adopt digital random table method were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Control group received single pure wire cerclage fixation. The observation group received wire cerclage combined with tension band fixation. The excellent rate of treatment were compared between the two groups, the total effective rate of clinical treatment, healing time and complications of fractures, and HSS knee score of the patients in two groups were compared. Results: The clinical observation group, the excellent rate of treatment, the clinical treatment of total The efficiency was 67.5％, 95％, compared with the control group 45％, 77.5％, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
