Abstract
Objective: To analyze post-fixing and locking intramedullary clinical efficacy of treatment of tibial fracture fixation with plate. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital treated 70 cases of tibia and fibula fracture patients as research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group, 35 patients in each group, the control group with which the locking plate fixation, observation group interlocking intramedullary nail fixation to treat patients with total efficiency as observed. Results: Two groups of patients were treated accordingly fracture treatment, after three months, the overall efficiency of the observation group was 97.1％, significantly higher than 85.7％, and the difference P <0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion: Interlocking intramedullary nail fixation of tibia and fibula fracture, higher treatment efficiency, the effect is more obvious, worthy of promotion.关键词
