Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of external fixation in the treatment of traumatic tibia infected nonunion. Methods: In January 2011 ～ December 2015, 30 cases of traumatic tibia infection and bone nonunion patients were selected as the research object, the clinical data of patients was taken with retrospective analysis of the study, all patients were implemented unilateral bone external fixation for the treatment, the excellent and good rate, hospitalization time, fracture healing time were observed, and before and after treatment ,the knee function score was compared. Results: The excellent and good rate was 93.33％, the length of hospital stay and the time of fracture healing were (12.74 ± 1.96) d, (3.51 ± 0.75) months. After treatment, the knee function score of the patients was significantly increased than that before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Unilateral external fixation has significant clinical effect in the treatment of traumatic tibia infected nonunion patients.关键词
