Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of closed reduction and internal fixation (CRIF) in treatment of Bennett fracture. Methods: 86 patients with Bennett fracture in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were divided into two groups by random number table, 43 cases in each. Control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF), observation group was treated with CRIF. The fracture reduction effects and wrist joint mobility of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The excellent rate of fracture reduction of observation group was 95.35％, compared with 100.00％ of control group, there was no statistical difference (P>0.05); There was no statistical difference in the wrist joint mobility compared between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: CRIF and ORIF have equivalent efficacy in treating Bennett fracture. CRIF is easy to be operated and can reduce trauma, which has clinical application value.关键词
