Abstract
Objective: To study the refers to the inherent artery island flaps from middle and terminal dorsal cutaneous branches of small finger soft tissue defect combined repair function of patients with bone exposed. Methods: Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2010-2014 treated 128 cases of small finger soft tissue defect combined with exposed bone in patients with clinical data, according to the patients divided into adjacent finger repair mode refers to the skin flap to repair group of 58 cases (control group) and the terminal refers to the inherent artery dorsal cutaneous branches island flap to repair group, 70 cases (observation group). Finger repair effect, and compared two groups of patients satisfaction for finger shape. Results: Ultimately, two groups of patients with finger repair success, but the observation group of patients survival rate was 97.14％ for the first time, significantly higher than that of control group 74.14％; After follow-up, observation group of patients with finger ADL scores and 2 pd were significantly higher than the control group; Finger recover better appearance, observation group patients on finger recovery satisfaction was 97.14％, significantly higher than that of control group 70.69％, there was statistical significance difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Refers to the inherent artery island flaps from middle and terminal dorsal cutaneous branches details for finger soft tissue defect combined with exposed bone repair effect is good, good appearance not only recover, ADL scores and 2 pd is higher also, also can improve the satisfaction of patients, simple operation, strong practicability, worth clinical recommendations.关键词
