Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic lateral knee support for the treatment of recurrent dislocation of the patella. Methods: From January 2009 to June 2015, undergraduate of 32 cases of recurrent patellar dislocation were treated, with knee arthroscopy, application of lateral retinaculum release solution treatment, on the existence of a medial support with relaxation phenomena, medial support with open after overlapping tight suture, postoperative routine antibiotic treatment for 5 days, stitches were removed during 12-14 days, after the completion of the operation to strengthen functional exercise of knee joint. Results: the average length of hospital stay was (11.5±2.1) days in 32 cases, and the incision was healed. All the patients were followed up for a period of 1-5 years; Among the 32 cases, 23 cases were excellent , 8 cases were good, 1 case was judged for poor. Excellent rehabilitation rate was 96.9％. Conclusion: with the help of knee arthroscopy, the use of lateral support for the treatment of recurrent dislocation of the patella, the operation is simple, the damage is small, the curative effect is stable and reliable, and has a positive effect on the recovery of knee function.关键词
