摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study and analysis of the curative effect of limited internal fixation combined with external fixator for Pilon fractures. Methods: To choose between December 2013 and March 2016 in our hospital during the period of clinical treatment of 77 cases of Pilon fractures patients as the research object, divided into two groups according to random number table method, the control group has 38 patients, the research group has 39 patients, the control group patients treated with open reduction and internal fixation, the research group patients treated with limited internal fixation combined with external fixation, analysis the effect of two groups patients. Results:The total effective rate of the research group patients (92.31％) compared with the control group patients (68.42％), with clear difference between groups (P < 0.05), the treatment satisfaction of the research group patients (89.74％) compared with the control group patients (76.32％), with clear difference between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment effect of limited internal fixation combined with external fixator for Pilon fractures was better.关键词
