Abstract
Objective: Analysis of AO miniature steel plate in the complex application effect and value of hand fracture. Methods: Randomly selected from the hospital in February 2013-2015 on September 29 patients with complicated hand fracture as observation group, the AO miniature steel plate for treatment. According to 1:1 proportion choice at the same time the hospital patients as control group, 29 cases of complicated hand fracture internal fixation treatment with conventional therapy, and compare two groups patients clinical treatment. Results: Observation group of patients with fracture healing time was (4.26 + 0.47) for weeks, the control group (6.52-0.61) for fracture healing time weeks, two groups had significant difference (P < 0.05); Observation group hand functional recovery was (96.55％) was significantly higher than that of control group (62.07％), 2 groups had significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion: Using AO mini steel complex treatment of hand surgery, not only internal fixation is firm, at the same time to try to shorten the function restore and fracture healing time, the prognosis of patients with good has a significant role in promoting.关键词
