赖氏引气归元法结合中药治疗慢性荨麻疹临证探析
Clinical Analysis of Curing Chronic Urticaria by LAI's Yin-qi and Gui-yuan Therapy Combined with Chinese Herbs
摘要
Abstract
The paper analyzes clinical experience of curing chronic urticaria with acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs by LAI Xinsheng.Professor LAI considers the nature of pathogenesis is deficiency of vital energy.The therapeutic principles are dispelling wind,clearing damp,promoting blood circulation and invigorating Qi and blood.He sets up Yin-qi and Gui-yuan therapy for supporting Yuan,nursing blood and coordinating Chong and Ren.He stresses acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs treatment,and constructs Liangxu Kangmin Recipe,New Xiaofeng Powder,Kuyang Wuhen Decoction for heat-clearing and dampdrying,wind-dispelling and itching-breezing,Yin-enriching and blood-nourishing.It has a significant effect in clinical,and may be promoted in clinic.关键词
