从女性生殖藏象论治卵巢癌
Treating Ovarian Cancer from the Female Visceral Manifestation
摘要
Abstract
The main symptoms of ovarian cancer are belly agglomerate,abdominal distension,pain,fullness and distention and irregular menstrual.According to female visceral manifestation of basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine to discuss the pathological mechanism of ovarian cancer.We sum up Qi,sputum,and blood stasis are the basic pathological mechanisms,which always relate to kidney,liver and spleen;and its quality should be cold and wet.So the treatment should focus on these organs to recover the normal of Qi,blood and body fluid.Through the above mentioned and the understanding of western medicine,we consider the treatment of ovarian cancer should be as follows:soothing the liver Qi,invigorating spleen,dissolving phlegm,replenishing kidney essence and removing blood stasis.This paper is based on the physiological characteristics of ovary summed up pathological mechanism and viscera disease machine of ovarian cancer in order to discuss the prescription in clinical practice.关键词
