Abstract
Objective:Optimizing the excipients of Chuanbei Qingyan Buccal Tablets.Methods:With protein powder (soy protein isolated,whey protein =4:1,m/m),menthol,dosage of aspartame as independent variables,lozenges,hardness,disintegration time limit as the dependent variable,the levels of the independent variables of multivariate linear regression and the binomial fitting,the Box-Behnken response surface method optimization fritillary bulb throat lozenges accessories.Results:Selecting the best technological conditions for protein powder (=4:1 soybean separation protein,whey protein,m/m) was 4.36g/16 slices,aspartame is 68.77 mg/16 slices,menthol was 6.82 mg/16 slices.Conclusion:Box-Behnken response surface method is used to clear throat lozenges fritillary bulb accessories optinization is feasible,the mathematical model of the predicted values are in conformity with experimental observations.关键词
