摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and study the clinical treatment of chronic renal failure by using the Ascending Descending Theory of spleen and stomach,and analyze the data,in order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:A total of 100 cases of February 2014 to 2016 in our hospital in patients with chronic renal failure patients,in a random test reference principle was divided into experimental group (50 cases) and controlled group (50 cases),the experimental group treated by Jianpi Hewei Decoction based on ascending of spleen and stomach descendingtheory,the controlled group was treated with Haikun Shenxi Capsule.Through the detection of patients with symptom scores and renal function (serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine clearance rate),hemoglobin and C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor (TNF alpha) to investigate the spleen and stomach in the clinical curative effect of the treatment of chronic renal failure.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7％,the controlled group was 56.6％,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).2.Through observing the clinical symptoms of the experimental group and the controlled group.After orally taking Jianpi Hewei Recipe,the main symptoms of nausea,anorexia,God fatigue fatigue,aching pain in the loins and knees,edema,less gas lazy words,dark complexion,symptoms,and compared to the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).3.The experimental group:SCR,BUN,CCR,HGB,CRP,TNF-c treatment before and after comparing with improved significantly (P ＜ 0.05);the controlled group:SCR,BUN,CCR,HGB,CRP,TNF-α treatment before and after improvement was not obvious;between the indicators of the group were compared,the experimental group and the controlled group was obvious difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment based on spleen ascending and descending of stomach can effectively improve the patient's symptoms,reduce serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor (TNFo),increase hemoglobin and creatinine clearance rate,have a significant effect,is significantly better than the treatment of Haikun Shenxi Capsule.关键词
