Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Iron Sucrose Injection combined with Bazhen Decoction in the treatment of blood loss anemia after hip replacement.Methods:90 patients were randomly divied into 3 groups before total hip operation,the group A was given ferrous sulfate,the group B was given iron sucrose injection,the group C was given iron sucrose injection and Bazhen Decoction.Hb,RBC,HCT level were compared before and after ld,5d and 9d of the operation,and total blood loss and the ratio of heterotransfusion was record from all groups.Results:There was no significant difference in all three groups of Hb,RBC,HCT level before operation,the group B and C was significant higher than the group A after 1 d of operation (P ＜ 0.05),the group C was significant higher than the group A and B after 5 and 9d after operation (P ＜ 0.05);there was no significant different among all groups with total blood loss (P ＞ 0.05),but the group B and C had lower transfusion rate than the group A (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Iron Sucrose Injection combined with Bazhen Decoction can not only improve the anemia but also decrease the transfusion rate in patients with hip replacement.关键词
